My Problem is Internet Exporer keeps poping up while I use AOL. It drives me crazy. I tried to delete/uninstall it but that just makes for more problems. I sure could use some advice on this one!
I use Popup Stopper Pro also, it shows up in the Internet Explorer toolbar. Works great. Mark
Popup Stopper is free and works pretty good. get it for free here http://www.panicware.com
As far as the spam killer, write or call your congressman. They are looking at laws right now to make unsolicited email illegal with fines and/or jail involved. I know of no program that can stop all spam. It can be filtered, but it is not a reliable way to do it because most of the major "spammers" just keep changing their email addresses and you don't want to put too many rules in the filters because that has a potential to filter out valid emails that you may have actually wanted.

Make sure you do not have an adware program that has installed on your computer. These programs will popup ads at random. There is software out there that looks for these programs and removes them. A good way to tell if you are infected is if you start seeing popus on sites like ***boat.com, google.com and other sites that do not use popus.
