I don't much care though, I'm not mad about it.. I just thought the good samaritan rules applied on the river.. I guess they don't anymore. (Well atleast not with some people)

Speaking of good samaritan rules, what ever happened to waving at the river? I always wave or give thumbs up to a cool boat. The last time I was at Parker (at RD's last b-day bash), I got more waves on the strip than ever. I mean, every boat that went by waved. It was real cool. I guess it just depends on when and where you go. The busy weekends bring out the dicks. In the off season and non-holiday weekends, you'll find the cool people. I always wave. When I'm in the boat, I'm on a natural high so all is good in the world...
