Save yourself a couple hundred bucks and do the smart thing.
Get a can of Krylon Bright green and Bright Pink (You want it to stand out don't you) paint and some stencils from Michaels crafts. Paint that bad boy on there yourself. Drink a case of beer and do a couple tequilla shots before you start though. Alcohol tends to bring out everyones artistic side.
Tip: If you really want it to look pimp make some of the letters capital and some lower case and even put some on backwards. So if your boat name was "I eat Dick" You'd spell it out like "I eAt DiCK" and maybe make the D backwards or something. That would be awesome. You will probably have people coming up asking u where u got the quality work done and you can proudly tell them you did it yourself. Maybe they'll even want you to do it for them. You could easily charge 5 or 600 dollars for some custom work like that.
    Cheers!

I agree with the vinyl lettering idea. I just got mine for my boat..... 5" lettering any style or color $30. Never would of gotten it painted on for that. And this way when I redo the gel coat I can just get more new lettering done.

Pat Kuntz is the man in Havasu. Sometimes folks
will wait 3 or 4 months for hi to do it because
he's that much in demand. If you want to get
really crazy or exotic, call Steven Craig at
Cutting Edge Designs in Havasu. He can do anything with an airbrush. He recently won an
award for being one of the 5 best in the world!
Both of these guys are extremely talented and
    good to work with.
