I've got the weights wink ...I'm just not seeing the results as fast as I'd like.I definately have some silvers to burn but I hate those fat burners that make me feel funky and want to start killing people Right now I'm just looking for size and hopefully the cardio program I've recently started will take care of the gut...Thanks for all your suggestions GJ....

Go buy straight whey protein and mix it with milk,they do make a choclate one,take that and cell-tech and you will see results in a couple of months.

Creatine is the best over the counter supp. It is water weight though. So once you go off you will piss it away.
