What if your not doing anything wrong? Just drunk?
Wow, I agree with trying to get them off of the streets, because if it was your son, daughter, mother, brother, sister, etc. killed by someone drunk driving or killed someone else.........you'd be very sad!
Until it happens to you personally, everyone acts mad about things like this.
There should be some sort of free ride bus provided by all local bars!

for his or her own safety or the safety of others, or by reason of
his or her being under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any
drug, controlled substance, toluene, or any combination of any
intoxicating liquor, drug, or toluene, interferes with or obstructs
or prevents the free use of any street, sidewalk, or other public
way.
