About 3 minutes.
Heard a caller on a radio show say he was behind a spanish speaking man, who did not know english, had never voted before, did not have any identification and was not registered.
HE GOT TO VOTE. The pollster had no grounds to challenge him. eek! Basically, anyone can do this and get to vote. However, their vote is what is called a "Provisional Ballot." Their vote is only counted AFTER it is verified they are a registered voter in their district. If they are not a registered voter, el voto no couto!

No wait here.
Bizarre was that most the polling workers were deaf.
I can't imagine anyone that is interested in motorsport recreation voting demo.
