I got me a 97' MXZ 583 that I use to blast around on. I live on the river, so I can get on there and go visit friends and go just about every where if the snow is good. Excellent time.

I had ski doo's but they are a bigger money pit then my boat.
I have a 1998 583 MXZ and a 1981 550 Blizzard MX. I bought both of them when new, the Blizzard has never needed a thing, and is in perfect shape, the MXz is a great trail sled, but has had it's share of problems. I keep them in Iowa and only ride them two weeks out of the year when I go back to visit family in January, so as you can guess, they are extremely low milage sleds. When you compare the 1981 (1st year for rear suspension) to the 1998, it's day and night, they came a long way. When I bought the Blizzard in 1981, I was thinking to myself "wow, how will they ever top this sled". Man, was I stupid... I love the sleds, but just don't live in an area where I can use them... for now.
Just picked up my F7 last weekend. 140 Hp @ 470 lbs. Had a 01 ZL800 before that. Haven't got on it hard yet, still getting the break-in gas through it. Put 170 Woodys Gold Diggers in so it should hookup well. Hoping it'll run with the RX1's.
Dan, I read that the NY trails were in trouble, something about insurance.?. I ride the WI northwoods, no real snow yet, but the lakes have 10-12in of ice.
Dan, this should look familiar!

Is that right before it blew up?? j/k Where do you live in WI?
Blown,
That picture was from my digital camcorder on a 3 mile stretch on the lake. No engine problems but alot of melted hyfax! wink I live in Brookfield outside of Milwaukee and have a home on Lake Nokomis in the Tomahawk area 3 hours north of Brookfield.
cool, I live in Weyauwega, and there is a whole lotta nofin for snow up here.
We have pretty decent snow where I live. The Insurance thing was a huge issue. So far they have worked it out, but are paying alot more than before.
Yes the picture look very familier.
You will Love the F7....They are very fast. One of my riding buddies bought one. He was running another friend with a 2001 T-Cat with pipes. The F7 was the winner every time
