Stock 06 chevy 1500 17" alloy's w/ tires and billstein shocks

Just lifted my 06 silverado 1500z71, so I am selling all the parts that cheys considers factory upgrades$$$$
Only 8,000 miles on the following
1. 17" 6 lug wheels w/ Bridgestone all terrain 265 tires. Will fit all 1500 silverado's, tahoe's, avalanches etc.
2. Billstein shocks front and rear
3. Factory skid plates
First $450 takes them

Would you take $300 for the wheels and tires?(How do the tires look)
I have a 2wd 05 Silverado so I don;t think the shocks or skid plates are going to do much for me?
