I can relate
Yesterday morning, I woke up and decided to pull the grass out of the flower beds. Next thing I know, I am at Lowes buing a truckload of retianing wall Block. Have any of you ever put one of these in? What a pain in the ass. Well, 36 hours later. I Have 40' (only started out wanting 25') in and need to go back to Lowes tomarrow after work and pick up another 50 or so block.
So how does this happen? I cant figure it out. When I went to build ny deck the same thing happend. Started with a 14'x16, Ended up with a 34'x 16' with two levels and a 6'x4' extra for the Grill.
Does any one else do things like this?

Absolutely can relate. Everything I touch is like that.
Every boat restore or install project I've ever tackled has been like that too. eek!
About a month ago I recall thinking, "That Hot Boat site is a cool place to hang out. I should start posting there once in a while."
