im looking to rent a condo in parker never been before if any one could give me info on how it is how far from havasu how the trip down the river to havasu? nite life? is it by laughlin? thanks

Better invest in a map before making your plans! wink
Parker is south of Havasu City by about 45 minutes by car. 40 miles by water, there's a dam between Parker and Havasu, so you can't boat from one to the other. Laughlin is another 60ish miles north of Havasu. You can boat there, but you MUST know the river above Needles or have a jet boat.
I don't know how many condos are for rent in Parker (not many condos in Parker, that I know of - but I could be wrong), you're better off finding a house for rent. OR a condo for rent in Havasu.

thanks for the reply my boat is 27ft propabaly not a good idea. who would i contact in havasu for a place to rent?

There is a lot of Hotels in Havasu that are not bad. We stayed at the Howard Johnsons by the Bridge that was ok with a pool.
