In answer to your question no, in my judgement it isn't grey. That photo wouldn't make the mag and that's why it's now gone. Hope this clears up the greyness for anyone considering pushing the limits. Keep in mind that these photo requirements were put in place by admin so this website would not be put in jeopardy, not to piss anyone off or to create an atmosphere of censorship. Translated, that means its not in any of our best interests to continue to push the limits and see if the moderators react.
