Just bought a Slide Anchor anybody ever used one? how do they work?

Don't have one but, a buddy has one and they are awsome. I just tie up to him.

I like mine, never used it in sever conditions, so looks like you be happy. Need a box anchor to go with it

Rich, wasn't yours a freebie that came with the boat?
They actually are a great idea and work well but for $49, no way...you can buy a piece of flat iron and a 4lb hammer at Home Depot for less than $20 that works just as well...
