Some of my friends are looking for a place to rent in Parker for April 10-14, does anyone know the best way to find a rental. I don't think they are to particular as long as it has AC and a bathroom with running water. On a side note I already rented a water front place with a dock, do most of you leave your boats in the water over night? Thanks for any help!

I usually pull my boat out at night for a few reasons...theft,cleaning,current can snap a line, water leak that you dont know about?...now i have left my pontoon many times out at night although its been at the road runner..thats a sight to behold you wake up in the morning and your boat is 15' on the beach!!!
you have to wait till about 9:30 or so for the water to come back up!!
but if you value your boat i'd pull it!! Cole
