We will try to fit it in this weekend, Little Rich's football game is at 11.
Just in case anyone is interested in attending the Edwards A.F.B. Open House and Air Show on the 25th and 26th of October.
The Thunderbirds will be performing as well as impressive aerial demonstrations of test aircraft that fly at Edwards on a daily basis.
This week has been great as I get to watch the airshow practice evey day.
My office is on a hill North of the AF Testpilot School overlooking the flightline.
I never get tired of this shit.

Looks really cool...could be maybe the best air show in the country with all the late model jets.
I've been to the ones at March AFB and El Toro, but this looks even better.
Thanks for the tip....I may go.

Hey Dave, is that the "Fabulous Thunderbirds" Sounds like a good time. Wish I could make it.
Don't forget to look at the GLOBAL HAWK UAV at Hanger 1600. It autonomously flies at 60K feet for up to 28 hours taking high definition images day or night. It holds a Guiness Book World Record for the longest non-stop flight of a fixed wing aircraft...Edwards AFB to Australia.
I love those kind of air shows. I haven't been to one in about 10 years... I would love to go, but can't make it...
I am a charter member of the Castle Air Museum, and the National Air and Space Museum so you can tell I just love that stuff.
I am for Saturday, Dave may be on his own
