We are working on that. The current theory is that that happens when to many people connect to the database at one time. We are going to up the number of concurrent access's and see if that fixes it.
I am pretty sure it has to do with there server or software or connection. To much traffic? dunno
Guess that answers it.
hit refresh and it goes away
One time i hit refresh 3 times and still had it.
I have a guy working on it right now. Refresh should take care of it. We just re-installed mySQL to try and solve the problem and while that was happening you defiantly would have had trouble connecting.
