My computer says 11:00am. This board says 7:03pm PST. This is the correct time zone. It just seems to be off by 8 hours and 3 minutes?
Any other ideas for this rookie?

Click on the user cp button on the top of you screen. On one of the tabs, you can set your time. Its set to GMT right now. PST time is -8 hours from GMT.
