Earthquake Shakes Simi Valley

LOS ANGELES -- A magnitude-3.7 earthquake shook Simi Valley at about 3:44 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
Carl Bell, who felt the earthquake, described it as "a good, hard jolt."
The epicenter was three miles west northwest of Simi Valley, according to a Caltech seismologist.
There was also a magnitude-2.8 quake in Simi Valley earlier Wednesday.
