How much are we talking? How big? What year was it built?
I have a house in river terraces, which is right across the river from needles about a mile downstream from the bridge. Where in Topock are you (is it golden shores?)
I know some people that are building a new house up near Needles right on the water. Should be some great night parties up there.

Not exactly sure where, I've been to the lot once this summer and as I remember it's really close to the bridge on the West side. They paid a lot of money to have a bunch of rocks moved to create a larger beach.

We have friends that have places on the water about 1/2 mile up from the needles bridge, and another just below the bridge. Man, those lots are deep, 900 feet. They've been there for 30+ years now.
On the Cali side where you guys are, can you own the land like across the river or is it lease land?
