..no, it's that damn center cap wrench kinda like an oil filter wrench in diameter and made of molded plastic in a hex shape. It's screwed on tight and covers the lugs, hence the dilemna..

All the Weld caps I've seen are held on by two allen head screws... must have missed this type.

How about a strap or chain wrench?

Get out your air chisel and but a nut. Then take some Xanax.
    Sorry if that didn't help.
You'll have to hit up the local tire store.

I can't help you either, American Eagle tried the wrench idea out for awhile. Turns out the general public didn't like the idea either. After the wheels got wet and corroded a little, the caps were a BITCH to get off. Most of the people couldn't find the wrench. I imagine some custumers didn't een give it a second thought to what the wrench was even for, and just threw it away.
When it came time to take the caps off, can you imagine what assholes American Eagle was that they built something so shitty that you couldn't their cap off with regular tools? Forgetting completely that they were given a wrench in the first place.
    Mutany, I tell you, mutany.
We had a million of those wrenches around, I haven't seen them inawhile. Monday I will go on a hiking trip and see what I can find, I doubt any are around since we are talking 5 years or more.
