I am trying to hit either FV or GG a couple times a week, pretty late though. Just for cardio because it's too cold to do anything but sit in the spa at night these days. Saturday and Sunday mornings are "heavy days" at GG.

Not into the body builder guys..., but the woman I think are better then GG... So it helps. Personally, the best thing I got for going to the gym was my video ipod. Ride the bikes and I can watch a tv show that I downloaded, and then have some killer music playing as I hit the weights. Time flys!
I usually go between 8pm - 9:30pm
