What does it take to trademark/register a logo/phrase.
I recently developed a company and logo and would like to hear some ways to protect it from being copied?
What should I expect to pay?
well the federal trade mark app few is $325 + you need a trademark search....
you probly could get it done for $500, but I would be willing to bet it will cost closer to a grand.
