What big block are you referring to? Remember, that Briggs & Stratton is really a small CC (not inch) motor. The bigger they are the more often they break. Much more than 24 horse and your gonna have problems. At that point, run the Kohler SShammy. That`ll push that mudboat in the marsh. Whatever you do in your boat, do not run Briggs crank to crank. A whole bunch of 5 hp Briggs will not make a big block. Nor will multiple small blocks.

WELL THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR POINTS OF VEIW. I THOUGHT I MIGHT STIR SOMETHING UP WITH THIS POST. I SEE ALOT OF YOU GUYS RUNNING THE BIG BUCKS OOPS I MEN BLOCKS . ITS ASHAME HALF OF YOU ARE MAKING LESS HORSEPOWER THAN 3000 DOLLAR SMALL BLOCK OHH AND GOOD LUCK KEEPING AL THOSE TROT LINE WEIGHT TOGETHER IF YOU SPIN EM TOO HIGH.
