Nautical Timeshares ?

Does anyone here have one ? Hows it working so-far ? Whats the pro's & con's
The only way I could afford a house there is to sell the boat (not happening)

we have a time share at the nauticle.. we have only used it once so far.. but it has been great.. we have a house there too.. we basically bought the time share for the launch ramp.. there is never anyone there..

I got the spiel when I stayed there last year, but with it being so far away...I didn't want to spend the coin. And wasn't the charter rate like around 15-19K or so???

Yea' there's 3 under 100k all dumps ' There's 1,000 for sale , but the rental market is flooded . All these people bought thinking they would be there all the time . Two of my friends have'nt been there since mid-summer . Still making that payment .

we have a timeshare there we get 2 weeks a year and unlimited bonus day. you can use the bonus days for a weekend or a night for the cost of the cleaning fee ($50). im happy with it so far.
