for what....shoplifter parolee?
or murderer parolee??
Well you dont go to state prison guz you lifted a candy bar
He also wants to have the parolees to attend a "class" while still behind bars to have them get ready for the release date and have their shit together before then, rather than have them, look for a place to live, job, plan for the release and what they'll do after, and not have to struggle as much, and not have P.O.s that will screw them and have themm back behind bars.
the classes and how they do will have an impact on the parole boards decision.
you would if you did it 300 times
you would if you did it 300 times
That is true.....
and you belong there then....
Maybe they will all start hanging out at The Sandbar then...
While i am not for this whole thing, the idea is to save the state approximately 5-6 mill a year, if it goes thru, i sure hope it helps these guys and gals, and does not come back to bite us in the ass.
Saving money and putting in back into the deficit is a grand idea, but not at the risk of safety.

I don't think I disagree with early release for non violent criminals,
not everyone in prison is incapable of being reformed,I don't have a clue as to the percentage, but I am sure their are lots of criminals who could be internally assesed, and let out without supervision.
