I know that I am " showing my age", but
I would say a 60's-70's GM point type.

Does anybody here know what this cap fits?
And for the comedians.....Yes, I know its fits a distributor, I am curious if anyone knows which one. And I do see the Holley logo as well.
This looks like early G.M. but I'm not sure....

I would have to say points as well.
I agree with both of you...but notice the lack of a window in the cap for dwell adjustments, and the screws for securing the cap.
If memory serves me, the G.M. stuff had spring loaded "L" hooks as hold downs.
Possibly an early Ford Cap?
I'm pretty convinced the rotor is a G.M. piece, though.
doesn't holley make there own dist. now maybe it is for that?
Defenitly early points, GM rotor, can't place the cap though!..
Dreamsicle,
You're correct. I guess I should have said in the beginning, I am running this setup on my motor, I dont like the grief of ordering the parts every year for replacement.
I was hoping someone would recognize these as an OEM piece from somewhere, so that I might buy them at the local Kragen, or something to that effect.
Or, on the other hand, I could replace them with the much more widely accepted MSD unit and be done with it.....
