? for central heat a/c guys

We want to put central heat and a/c in our house. The house is 2200 sq ft. There is no ducting.
What would it cost for a 5 ton unit and all the duct work?

7-9 grand tops. It depends on the layout and difficulty. Package or split, controls, etc.

Since we're talking HVAC in this thread, I have a question...
I've got a two year old, 2800 square foot, two story house with a single zone (single thermostat) central air and heat which isn't the best way (but it's the cheapest which must've made the builder a few extra bucks).
I would like to go to a dual zone system (with two thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs). What will it take and what would it cost to change from single to dual zone?
