True
I plan to spend alot of time in Bend in the future now that I've got family out there to visit. I bet it'll be awesome in the spring.
Haven't skied at Jackson Hole yet
1) Jackson Hole
2) Whistler
3) Stevens Pass (WA)
4) Park City
5) Teluride
6) June Mountain
Beaver Creek in Vail. Loooooooonnnggg runs.
They have a store called Beaver Liquors.
"BALDY"
That is a really really tough question to answer. There are so many types to choose from that offer a different experience. I generally favor the hardcore ski mountains and not the fuffy dilley dalley furcoat shopping stuff.
Alta/Snowbird
Mammoth (At least before Intrawest bought them and started all that development)
Bear Valley
Alpine Meadows
Telluride
Sugar Bowl
Blackcomb
Mary Jane (Winterpark) for bump skiing
Taos
Ski areas I really would prefer to stay away from are the fluffy places like
Vail
Aspen
Deer Valley / Park City
Heavenly
etc.....
Deer Valley Resort, Park City ! Best skiing and the most helpful
and freindly people ever !
