Well im gettin my jet ready for powder coat, but i have a problem. Now the JE is molded in to the hull right? Then why are ther 10 (+-) bolts around the suction piece going through the transom? Whats holding the thing in?

The e is an insert type pump, meaning it bolts into a mold which was specially created for that type of pump when the fiberglass hull was layed up.
It can be removed just as any other type of pump.
Check out this web site for more detailed info.

It epoxy and the bolts holding the suction piece in. I would just paint that part.

So if i undo those bolts, undo the intake grate would i be able to pop out the suction piece?

Yes, but be cautious. The sea-goin epoxy normally used can damage the hull If it is stuck really well.
