I think there is a company called OSCO that makes them. I beleive they sell them through one of the following:
    West Marine
    Boat US
    Here are some links:
    West Marine Exhaust (http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs...roductId=72605)
    Boat US Exhaust (http://www.boatus-store.com/webapp/w...=68&storeNum=6)
Overtons used to carry them but do not anymore.

    Here are some other ones:
    I net marine (http://i-netmarine.com/manifolds/exh...OVMTC=standard)
I see lots of Mercruiser ones, not many OMC, but if you replace the manifold and the riser, the Merc should fit....
Here is an OMC aftermarket replacement...
    Go 2 marine (http://www.go2marine.com/frameset.js...egoryId/13710/)

Cool, I am glad I could help...
I remember seeing those before when I was looking for a manifold for my old 89 OMC King Cobra, I just bought IMCO instead of replacing the OEMs...
BTW just curious, is this for a houseboat perhaps??

    A 4 cylinder drag hydro class...Hmmm.
