    Can one of these work in a jet boat with Bassetts?

    No, they cannot be used in a "wet" exhaust flow. The oxygen sensor will, at a minimum, be cooled off to the point of not functioning, or worse, be damaged and rendered useless.
    A bigger issue is that the oxygen sensors used in those setups are not linear. They can only tell if you are richer or leaner than stoichiometric, but not by how much.

    Im gonna go get my popcorn. I posted this same question about a year ago and this thread lasted a while. Try a search, but it may have been lost when they changed format? I recall the general consensus being that it could help get you in the ballpark(without the water)... Better than nothing?

    Im no expert in reading plugs. I do know that I always have a frosty tunnel ram. Is that a good thing?

    just use pyrometers and read your exhaust temp.
