It almost looks like something that was "placed" on or near a school ground as a scare tactic for kids to drive safely. That looks too clean, but stranger things have happened. The site doesn't appear to have a whole lot of debris surrounding it. But if it is true and the guy or gal nailed that tree at 100mph plus, the debris could have been projected well out of the camera range, but then again, that somewhat small tree might not still be standing quite as straight.
Part of me wants to believe its real. There appears to be a window frame on the ground in the bottom left area of the trunk.
