I have seen the new style fabbed alum covers for chevys and small FORDs but nothing for the 460.I am tired of my Ford Motorsports covers and have not found a place to get the fabbed ones for the Big Block Ford.Any ideas?

I cant use the breathers anyway, they wont clear my engine cover. Are those covers alot taller than a stock pair ? I have severe clearance issues.
Yes they are taller they are made to clear rollar rockers.but they should not be any taller than your flam arester.
Jake
Those valve covers are at least 2 inches taller than stockers. I know this because the guy that had the boat before me was a moron and bought these same covers because he thought the rockers were hitting the valve covers all of a sudden (turned out to be a loose rocker ). Anyway, I had to make a 1" spacer up to raise my hood to clear. It used to have plenty of room.
Hell, if the hood didn't look so nice I would keep it off, it has about 1/4" clearance on the valve covers, 1/2" clearance on the distributer, and about 1" clearance on the flame arrester. In case you are scratching you head about the hood, it's NOT flat
Ohh well, this gives me an excuse why not to spend $$ on a blower.
