How can I figure out how much length center to center I can gain with using small diameter pulleys?
ei 4 less teeth = 0.20 shorter
I know gates can give me the lengh of belt needed, but for theory only.. Is it possible to do the math myself? Info, do you got your thinking cap on?

472, sorry I forget to say, the intake spacers also came with a plate to cover lifter valley.

Info , im talking pulley to belt.. maybe I will pm ya, I dont want to spam anymore then I have.
spacers? Look at the second pic again, where do you think the intake would end up without them? Raised intake port, with no other option for a manifold.

Do you mean 2 inch belt which gives me 1 inch overall..
That would be cool if could gain the remaining .42 with smaller pulleys. I bet we could figure out a formula for tooth,length.

my center to center is 26.5 I'm off the charts. (18.75 hub to top intake, 7.75 intercooler/blower)
haha, like I said before.. need to calculate pulley/belt length.
maybe I should assume from that chart that, 6 teeth = .50 based from 110 teeth to 116 t? Problem is, I'm just missing that one input dealing with a round object. Wish I would have paid attn in skool. laff
Ok my Center to center Raised 1.42
Old belt that worked before was 69.29
Bds longest belt I just ordered 70.87
I gained 1.58 /2 = .79
Belt still short (1.42 - .79) .63
I need .63 less for this belt to fit. So the closest from your kuhl chart, going from 25.25 c/c to 26 c/c took 9 teeth less.
Last yr my total teeth that fit was 115,62 and 53. maybe I need a teeth count of 106 or so to gain my .63.

And........Its NOT an option to just buy a shit load of pulleys I may never use just to figure this out. Besides, thats what blower forums are for.
