All of the neighbors want these lowlife dirtbags gone, not just us. I've called the landlord a few times and was notified by him that their lease will NOT be renewed. The previous two familys were good people but had to move because of the $2100 rent bill. You'd think that a Rent tab like that would weed out the riff-raff. guess not.

I had renters across the street for about 4 years. Every 6 months the u-haul showed up and off they went and a new batch moved in. worst was the lady with 5 teenage kids (some driving) that lived there. Cars everywhere, Rap music bumpin all the time... people burning rubber in front of my house... oh wait... that was me... But they basically trashed the house. The family that bought the house have more or less gutted the interior and re-done most everything.
