Owning and driving a small tunnel boat is the greatest boating thrill in my opinion. I had a 19' Eliminator Daytona with a 2.4 Bridgeport on it that I bought in 1991 and it is still my all time favorite boat. I have had a Campbell 24 in the 70s and a Nordic 26 in the 80s, among many boats I have owned. I currently have a Shockwave open bow, mostly as a concession to age and convenience. The big boats are great boats, but nothing, and I mean nothing compares in my opinion to the outboard tunnel boat for sheer thrills. Just my $.02.

Thanks! It is the Ouachita River in Northeast Louisiana. It is a great place to run most of the year and is less than 5 min from my house...... but right now with all the rain, it has logs and trash floating down it. Now I have to drive 45 min to the nearest lake to run. If it will ever warm up...
