Some bars these days have a roll-a-dex kinda thing behind the bar with the drink recipies on it.
I learned to bartend volunteering at the Elks lodge.
Took awhile to learn because most drinks ordered were either Lucky Lager, or Old Crow on the rocks.

The drink you had was called a volcanoe. It had all kinds of rum, probably Malibu Rum too, and all kinds of fruit juices. Just fill the bucket up and add straws. I seem to recall it had Midori too.
