I have the 496HO. I gotta break it in this weekend, I've only got 20 minutes or so on it. So far it does well, 62MPH when I went out with the guy that did the rigging.

wind is goodActually, wind might be nice to try the boat out in the kind of water I bought it for. You gotta remember I just came out of an 88 Carrera 20.5 so chop was not a fun thing for me.
