Big Jets???

I have seen the dual jet set-up and like it very much. I e-mailed Ultra about a dual set up on a 24 and John West mentioned a single big jet that would perform the same as the dual with out the cost. Do any of you know about this big jet or who makes it?

How big do you want? Jacuzzi made pumps for turbine powered 250 ton ferry boats.

joe lakamp has a new 23' ultra, dual drive, 572"blown bbc. i think harold installed the intake.
joe's only had it out once, since they just finished it last november. he says it leaves very hard, and is very impressed with the performance on that one trip. we'll hear more about it as the year goes by.

Try calling American Turbine. I have been following the progress of the sd 312, it is 25 percent larger than the standard American Turbine, Berkeley, or Dominator. They installed one in a 26 foot welded aluminium hull with a 650 hp 540, and it ran 80 plus. From what I personally have seen in the big river boats this jet just rips!
