mel, i hope you can make it next sunday.
Sorry, fellas ...
Had to abort the program for tomorrow due to heavy rain. Some wetness on the fiberglass is one thing, but a downpour on speakers, equipment and faces is a bit harsh.
However, it has been re-scheduled for the following Sunday. I hope that everyone that was aboard for tomorrow, can make it for next weekend. Maybe we can recruit even more boats for the run.
LAVEYCRAFT 1ST ANNUAL CATALINA FUN RUN - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 29TH !!!

See you all next Sunday. Pray for good weather!
Hope so...........see ya there.......come on boat gods...
I guess im out for next week then. Im taking the family to dumont to get in one last riding run before I offically kick off the summer. Anybody intrested in running mid week?
I have been told that if weather cooperates the Catalina Run will be this Sunday. Leaving the Queen Mary launch ramp at 7:30am.
It looks like most who planed on going last weekend will make it this weekend. I plan on going with the rest of you leaving from the Queen Mary instead of my usual Oceanside trip.
Who else is planing on going Who's droping out
Sounds good, I wont have the kids on board this trip. I'm looking forward to seeing the 85mph Lavey's
Hey guys.....we're going for a lunch run on Saturday. Try and hook up! We have a huge bunch of events. You don't have to be a member, a big boat or even have a boat!!!! Check out the info on www.SCOPEinfo.com
Forecast look okay for this weekend. DO IT!!!
Looking to meet some new boaters again this year!!!
SCOPE,
Thanks. Have run in the last three of your Long Beach Poker Runs with the other Laveys and it is by far, the most extreme P.R. there is. It's pretty hairy running along side you big boyz in your 38'+ boats in the ocean.
BTW, when is the run this year? I heard it was moved to a Saturday. True? And when is Bob's Kick-off party? We didn't go last year because of the rain. It looked like quite a bash!!!
Well looks like this weekend will not be too bad, but check out Thursday and Friday. Thats Gilligan Island Stuff.
