I want to cut one apart and build it myself.
Oh, so you are looking for someone that has done it. Ok. That sounds like some work!
Definately better than shelling out 3k on a manifold.

Yup, I am looking to build a blown small block mopar and the blower manifold they sell is a piece of shit, so I am thinking of cutting a tunnel ram, building a plenum with a tented floor and make it so I can put my other blower on it and stuff this motor into a dakota.
I just picked up a tunnel-ram blower intake for my new BBC. The guy said it was a blue thunder intake, but I can't find anything on it. Hope it looks as good in person. I'll post some pics when I get it (any day)
That name is familiar. I think BAH 468 has one on his deal. Really nice piece.
I'll look forward to seeing your pics. I can tell you after I see them if we have the same one.
So whats the trick? Can't seem to get a pic posted.
I dont' have good pictures of the floor but I have an old street blower book that has some pictures in. Don Hampton and others used to make manifolds this way in the past before custome castings became cost effective. I really do not think it would be too hard. They even did it with low manifolds.
