Ok, Mikey. Just got word from Havasu. 96 mph. That's with a 32 @ 5,000 RPM. He's gonna try a 30 because it should tack out at 5,600.
Nice!!! How did it plane and accelerate? I think he will really like the 30, as it should plane and accelerate pretty good and it will work better in the warmer months to come. Are those stock props and with or without a nose cone? Will he be out there Friday?
Yo Slick! He said it took a little while to plane but has plenty of power to hammer it out now. I also think the 30 will help out on that. He said at 4,000 he's cruising at about 74 and when he gets on it it pulls pretty nice. Yeah, stock props, no cone. I think he's coming back today. You going out to tinker on the dirty 30?:wink:
