A guy was sitting quietly reading his paper when his wife walked behind him and wacked him in the back of the head with a magazine..
"What was that for?" he said..
"That was for the piece of paper I found in your pants with Mary Lou written on it." she replied..
"Two weeks ago when I went to the horse races , that was the name of the horse I was betting on." he said....
"Oh honey, I'm sorry," she said. "I knew there was an explanantion."
Three days later he was watching a ball game on t.v when she walked behind him and hit him in the head again. But this time it was with an iron skillet, which knocked him out cold.. When he came to, he asked, "What was that for?"
she replied.. " Your horse called.."
