I have a 350 and a bravo 1 and want a prop that will give me the most top speed. I never tow skiers or tubes and try not to have to many people on it(4-5 max). Any ideas? The prop I have now says Predator and is 4 blade S/S. The guy said it was a "carry alot of weight and plane out quick" prop. I dont care about being so fast out of the hole, just want top speed. Not used to going that slow.

I have a spare 21 quicksilver ss prop that I used on my 21 boat with a 350 chevrolet. I would spin it at 4850 with a speed close to 60mph. It is Mercury ss prop in new condition. I want 160 dollars for the prop.

A three blade will inherently be faster than a four, but at the expense of holeshot. Your party cat is a pretty heavy boat, it may need the extra blade.

I have a 21ft I/O with a 270hp 350/alpha1 combo. I spin a 23 pitch stainless three blade to about 4700rpms and it runs 60mph, the holeshot isnt' that bad either. With five people an ice chest and two full tanks I still get high fifties.
