What is the square footage? Does the lot require improvements (grading or fill)? What is the asking price?

The lot size is a little over 7500 sq ft. Yes it would reqiure filling. The asking price is $143,850.

It better have a damn fine view for that price! The average price for a 10,000 sq.ft. lot with no view is right around $70K. From the map that's off of Acoma on the south side, correct?
