They are fenders. Bumpers are on your car.
Fill them with tequila, rum and vodka. Then you will always have a backup plan if the cooler runs out.
Ok, stupid question. My new boat came with some nice bumpers, they have a hole at the top with a screw in plug. Am I supposed to put something in them to keep them from floating up all goofy sideways when trying to protect against a low dock? If so, then what do I put in there? Serious and silly replies are all welcome, I know I couldn't resist.

Have to agree again. Vodka.

I thought fenders were on your car and bumpers were for the boat. OOps, easy mistake. .
I do like the Booze filling though.

I've never heard of a bottom weighted fender but it's a fantastic idea. Where did you get them?
They gave them to me when I bought the boat. The one in the pic on my truck is heavy on both ends, it was in my 88 carrera when I bought it. I had to keep 1 for the memories.
That picture is too funny. Good for my wife in parking lots!!!

Uh, there's a blue bumper on your truck's fender
We call those blue things fenders up here in Canada.
... so to me, there is a fender on your truck's fender.
