Thread: Soya sauce and breakfast ... maybe more later

Mind is wandering all over the place today ...
    Random utterly pointless questions ...
What's your fave brand of soya sauce? I like two kinds China Lilly and Kikkoman but I like China lilly a bit more.
Does anybody else enjoy leftover Italian food (pizza, lasagne, spaghetti) from supper the night before for breakfast? Can you eat it cold from the fridge or do you need it reheated?
I can eat (and enjoy) cold pizza and cold lasagne but some reason not cold spaghetti; have to reheat that.

Wow :eek!: Holy random thoughts Batman!!
I personally prefer Kikkoman Low Sodium (the green bottle) soy sauce.
I love eating leftover lasagna, pizza or s'getti for breakfast but I definately prefer to heat them.
Mmmmm, leftover lasagna is just the best breakfast ever! Especially with a hangover!

Yeah Mrs. B. I specialise in random thoughts .. sometimes I'm in an odd enough mood to actually share 'em.
You know what I think it is with the leftovers? All those amazing flavors have time to really permeate the food and it just tastes so freaking good the next day! The days I've made lasagne I couldn't eat it that day. I experienced a desensitisation to how good it smells when it's baking and wasn't in the least hungry for or interested in having any. Everyone else would converge on it like rabid dogs, though lol. I've learned to squirrel some away for myself for the next day, cuz if I don't then I get no leftovers for breakfast. Since living alone I haven't bothered making lasagne just for my own self ... I mean damn I'd have to do math just to reduce the recipe! Math hates me.

Hey you know how good hot lemonade tastes and is a pretty good source of vitamin C for when you have the flu or a cold, right? Well instead of hot lemonade I drink hot orange Tang. Anybody else ever try it? It's yummy. Some symptom meds and a hot orange Tang and being sick is a lil less icky. I even drink it when I'm not sick.

I hear ya, my bro-in-law is a chef and I hang with him all the time while he does briskets and gumbo's (both all-day dealio's) It smells incredible but you aren't hungry at all after smelling it all day.
Speaking of which, I'm headed out to get some food

Ok then I thought it was just me ... didn't know other people experience that too. Yeah lunch thoughts are creeping in on me now too. No idea what to make (no lasagne fixings ). Microwave kettle popcorn is sounding good.

I once ate a whole box of blue whales and my shit turned purple. If I ever do that again, I'll snack down some corn too. A little mood lighting... lava lamp... maybe even a glitter globe... and I'll be the funk master of the bathroom.
I know this thread is about food but hey... can't have one without the other.

They're like gummy bears but larger and they are a pretty blue translucent color.

Ohhhh those things!! I like those too ... I've never eaten so many that my shit turned purple but I have had it turn black from eating too much black licorice so I can kinda relate ... sorta! You're on your own with the system checkers and lava lamp though!
