Kim lan I believe is Korean. Yamasa is good but, spendy.
I prefer the green label Kikoman soy sauce myself.
I package all of my sushi with kikoman red label. I go through about 12,000 paks a month during the busy season.
Oh yes, and TB you must try the flourescent blue raspberry yougurt at TCBY.lol. Then you can paint the town green!!!!!

What embarassing things have you ever done as a guest in someone else's home?
I forgot to keep an eye on a bag of microwave popcorn and burned it very badly. The smoke was thick and rancid and the inside of the microwave had a brown sticky greasy foul smelling film all over it. Took me almost an hour to clean the microwave. It's one thing if I do stupid things like that in my own home but man was I ever embarrassed doing that while visiting someone.
