Pro Comp ATs are about the most aggressive tire with a mileage warranty that I know of. I just bought my first set so I will find out if they make it to the 50K.
The BFG Rugged Trail TAs on my Dodge 2500 have 15k of mountain driving and still look pretty good. BFG ATs only last about 10k on mtn roads on big trucks.

I got almost 35K out of a set of 285 BFG Mud Terrains on my duramax. The key is to rotate the hell out of them. They were looking really good until I put the Edge box on them, and it was pretty much over after that.

The Brigestone Dueller AT's are pretty good and have a 50,000 mile warranty. The problem on the Duramaz with the tires is pressure. If you run them at the recommended 35psi, you will chew threw them - that truck is way to heavy up front for those tires. I run them at 50 psi.

Also check out the nitto terra grapplers. its got a decent tread & fairly quiet. I believe the warranty is 50,000 miles, but I might be mistaken

I bought a set of BIG O big foot all terriain AT's 265/75/16. When my Suburban had 98,000 miles on it, now it has 146,000 and they are still in decent shape. These have seen plenty of mud, snow, rocks, dirt, pavement and haven't had a flat yet. It's a 3/4 ton Burb, so I got load range "D" which runs around 50psi. I think less than 20K on a set of treads is rediculous no matter what brand.

My 40" boggers are excelant. I get a whole 6 MPG in my blazer. I cant wait to drive across the desert all summer with these new gas prices. Maybe I should put a hitch on the Mits.
