1980 21' Schiada river cruiser

I have the opportunity to buy a 21' Schiada River cruiser less power.....what should I expect to pay??
What should I look for? I know nothing about them.
I do know that GT marine has maintained the boat.
He will be e-mailing pics to me tonight!

1980 Schiada 21' River Cruiser (Originally built by Tommy Berrens before he went to Hallet)
Fully restored, color sanded, new carpet, new interior, new Bimini Top in 1999
Gary Teague rebuilt the Cassale V-Drive in 1999, Has the Heavy Duty gears (I forget the gear ratios)
Art Carr Turbo 400 transmission with 12% overdrive (I think Im correct in the ratio if I remember correctly)
Racing-Heavy Duty Strut, prop shaft, drive shaft and rudder (As I mentioned, the boat was set up with a twin turbo so everything in the drive train is built for that application)
Electric cavitation plates
Transmission cooler
Turbo Water Dumps still in place (capped)
VDO Whiteout gages

I bought my 76 Schiada with a fresh 454, Turbo-400, And a Elliss trailer, without any interior for $3250.....

was this recently? I guess I should look in the trader huh? see if it's still there. I never look at schiadas in there cause I know I can't afford one. But one with no power is just what I'm looking for. And I really like the lines of the 22.
