How long does it take to get from Needles Marina or Park Moabi to London Bridge? Assumming speed of 25 -35 mph. I have a 25' Advantage Citation. is there many hazards or is that dependant on time of year/lake level. Also how are the ramps at needles and moabi, Crowded, steep, etc.? Would it be bad idea to launch from needles and get a slip at Havasu Springs?

During the summer,from Needles south you should be ok,I always stay toward the middle.It will take you about 35 to 40 minutes,from park Moabi. approx.
Moabi has a nice ramp. Long way to get out though. But 10 min.
The other times sound right. Maybe 5 min more for each, but its very close.
If you have never been through the gorge,stop and enjoy the beauty of it,in some places it's like going through a small grand canyon.
About 45 min---Stay on the AZ side/middle of the river around Needles, there is a rock bar on the CA side. No worries in the afternoon but it's a little low in the morning

We stay at Moabi quite a bit and we often take an afternoon to go out to lunch at the bridge and shop/kick back and have fun. It's a nice trip and a lot of fun. Sometimes it's fun finding a slip to park in, but it's not too big of a hastle.
Definitely stay AZ side as you go under the bridge in Needles.

Be careful as you enter the mouth of Havasu of rock bars. You will have no problem launching out of Moabi. It takes about 5 min to idle out of the marina.
